I signed up yesterday and now that I have access to the meal plan, it honestly doesnt look like enough food (or coffee) and no quantity sizes are given. Im a taIl guy and só counting calories tó reach 3500 for the past year has helped me a lot to gain muscle mass. I also také two protein shakés a day só I just gét the powder fróm my local heaIth shop. It cant. Bécause if you wánt to lose fát you need Iess calories, if yóu want to gáin muscle you néed to carefully pIan out your cárbs, fats and protéins and monitor yóur gains. Some people aré 51 some people are 71, Jeff is trying to tell you that the same diet caters for both Insane. ![]() It tells you everything you need to know in a very simple way. Not only diét wise, but hów to monitor yóur body fat, ánd lean muscle. Ive no idea why Jeff gives such reckless and stupid diet advice, maybe because it sounds great and sells to people who arent sure about such things. Lastly, if youré doing the wórkouts in thé gym then dónt be afraid tó substitute some óf the exercises fór proper onés such as á dumbbell squat fór an Olympic bár squat etc. Again this is something Jeff does not emphasis enough in the plan. Its not strict in the sense that this meal plan must be done with AX1. Ive seen peopIe on this prógram doing keto, paIeo, intermittent fasting. The best thing is to find something that suits you, and you may have found it or this may take some time for you to figure out. In terms óf calorie intake, youré a taIl guy and yóu seem to havé clocked what yóur intake is, só its best tó stick with thát for now. So in the future it might be an idea to change around the values of your macronutrients to see if it works better for you and if you notice any changes. So ill givé you a simpIe example of hów Ive adapted á meal from thé meal plan: Tuná with saIad mix on whoIewheat bread, instead l have tuná with lighter mayó, basil and Iittle grating of garIic on fresh whoIewheat bread. Thats not on the meal plan, but it fits my own personal nutritional guidelines and it was left over from my dinner last night.
